We are smashing out a big slab today. The principles are always the same. You always make sure you wear your safety gear and make sure you got the right tools for the job. We've got our great big jackhammer here. A crowbar is always very important when you're moving heavy blocks of concrete. These big fellas here, just to smash it up. Skip in also at
the front, which we need to load up full of concrete. There's limitations involved with the weight and the skip. So, it's very, very important that you know what the limitations are. Wheelbarrow, shovels, obviously a broom to clean up when you've finished. We got an angle grinder also here. This little fella. We will have steel reinforcement underneath this slab that needs to be cut. Really big job. So,
number one to remember, or to think of, is make sure it's non-structural. Alright, let's get started. We're gonna use the big fella and the reason being, it's a fairly big job. Always very, very important, make sure you check with your local authorities that you don't have any utilities underneath your slab. And, of course, always starting right in the corner to make your concrete bits a lot more manageable
